This is the worst Hotel in Pathankot. Staff is arrogant specially there so called manager. The charged extra for a visitor and when I asked for the policy they started abusing. The so called manager threatened me that he will report this incident to Police. First of all the hotels ambience is 3rd class. Rooms were messy and had a weird smell. Staff behavior was rude. So Called Manager was arrogant as hell. There are no policies defined in this hotel and policies are made on the spot according to there will. I would recommend all of you to skip this horrible hotel and look for something better. There pictures are misleading. 3rd class Hotel with 3rd Class staff.

Stayed for Night Its a budget property although it has bar and restaurent washrooms are clean bed is okay but the lighting a bit less furthur the wall require some paint if you are on budget then the property is okay for the stay

For a single day night stay i was in Pathankot reaching from Gurdaspur.My regular Hospitality site was not having any associate there so choosing a Hotel in a strange city was a big challenge.Thankfully my local colleague booked CAPRI. In entire Punjab, i found most spacious Rooms at affordable range in this Hotel only.Front desk staff was very cooperative,friendly & humble.Service was excellent & Rooms were also very well maintained. Hotel has got in house Restaurant too which serves delicious food ...i could have a glimpse of it only as had a chance to have Breakfast here which was very good. A good choice at Pathankot.

I had reached the hotel late night and due to shortage of staff was welcomed by the owner of the hotel. Very spacious rooms and the food is also excellent. Situated on the busy Dhangu road that connects the entire city, Main market, bus stand and railway station all are 10 to 15 minutes drive depends upon the traffic. The challenge is that the hotel is situated before a railway crossing, so if a train scheduled then one could encounter heavy traffic.

Just a simple hotel to spend a night.Nothing special anywhere in hotel. Staff are polite. It has restaurant on 1st floor which serves okay quality of food. Tariffs are quite on higher side but you will get good discounts if you bargain.
